Following on from our successful demonstration of the ADR system down at Parliament House to members of Parliament, our team recently had a thrilling opportunity to showcase our groundbreaking ADR System at the UNSW D10x Accelerator‘s grand finale Demo Day in Sydney.
Our CEO Dr. Joe Cronin presented the company’s pitch to a room full of enthusiastic investors, with support from our CTO Mathew Allan and CPO Dr. Dawid Preller. Leading up to this day was a culmination of 10 weeks’ worth of invaluable knowledge-sharing workshops run by UNSW Founders as part of their 10x Accelerator. Throughout the journey, the ADR team had access to critical mentorship and guidance along with access and exposure to investors and resources previously inaccessible.
This is a significant milestone in ADR’s journey. As part of Defence 10x, Defence Trailblazer has invested $1.25 million in seed funding, matched by $500,000 from private investors, into five companies – Advanced Alloy Holdings, Australian Droid + Robot, Fortifyedge, Hullbot, and Stratoship. This marks a remarkable achievement for our industry, as Defence Trailblazer is the nation’s only defense-focused accelerator program aimed at supercharging sovereign capability.
Following on from this, ADR is continuing to delve deeper into the world of remote data acquisition in challenging environments with valuable new partnerships and trials soon to be announced.
